LEGAL POLICIES: 'Casonas Asturianas' Hotels Quality Club
In the forms of this web page only minimum details are asked for to establish a contact and to contract the services requested. To see your enquiries the following is needed:
- A name.
- A contact email address.
If you are reserving on line, you will also be asked for:
- A contact phone number.
These pieces of information are obligatory and must be correct as they are the only way the hotel can contact you in the case of any incident between the moment you make an enquiry or reservation until the date of your arrival.
Your details are sent to the hotel you have chosen, which will incorporate them in an in-house file simply to contract the services requested and to answer your enquiry. Details are not passed on to any organization or company, nor are used for publicity purposes without subsequently obtaining your express permission.
The details kept in this file can be seen by clicking on the link “ See: Legal Details” at the top of the page of each hotel, or just before reserving online through another link which will appear at that moment. The file of data is protected by the Law for the Protection of Personal Data.
When making a reservation it is necessary to pay the amount the hotel specifies, by credit card.
The hotel does not need details of your credit card. The payment is made securely through the payment page of the savings bank CajAstur within the network of the CECA (Spanish Confederation of Savings Banks) which will open automatically and which is external to the network of Asturian Country Houses: https://pgw.ceca.es/cgi-bin/tpv
In this way your credit card details are sent securely and confidentially to the bank, without being also sent to the hotel you have chosen.
In the same way, the bank does not know your personal details (name, phone number, email address) as this is sent only to the hotel where you have made your reservation.
All prices shown on this site include VAT.
Cancellation Policy
The Law governing hotel cancellations in the Principality of Asturias states:
- The client may cancel his/her reservation at any moment, and can claim the repayment of any deposit made.
- However, when a cancellation is made with more than 7 days notice, and fewer than 15 days, the hotel owner has the right to retain 50% of the deposit paid, and should the cancellation be made fewer than 7 days before the arrival date, he has the right to retain all the deposit.
- If the client has not checked in before 20.00 hours on the day of arrival, the reservation may be cancelled.
Note:
- All refunds are subject to a fixed charge of 9 euros which will be discounted from the refund.
The cancellation policy will be sent by email, when confirming the reservation.
