HOTEL DESCRIPTION
A 17th-century country house steeped in musical activities. This splendid country house is situated in Pumares, a hamlet in the Oscos-Eo Shire, surrounded by a beautiful centuries-old forest of oak, chestnut and beech trees. Outstanding among its spacious communal areas -painstakingly decorated in an original style with elements created by the owners- is the lounge with its grand piano. Here you can enjoy evenings of live music in which your hosts Reinhold (a classical concert guitarist) and Patricia will delight your ears. You can also sit and chat by the fireside in a cosy sitting room with its fireplace... while in its glass-enclosed gallery, with views of the River Agüeira, you will be able to savour a rich, homemade breakfast with Oscos honey, jams and sponge cakes made by Patricia, as well as other local produce.

Of the 9 comfortable double rooms, two are spacious attics with pretty, exposed chestnut beams, while another is small suite.
