HOTEL DESCRIPTION
Situated in a traditional “quintana” made up of four houses, this newly built hotel maintains the forms and elements of traditional “mariñana” (coastal) architecture. Built along a “corrada” (yard), it has an “hórreo”, washing place and well. The hotel has a lounge with fireplace, English-style garden, covered veranda, library and board games.
ROOMS
8 bedrooms : 7 double and 1 single. All with full en suite bathroom, heating, telephone, television and reading corner. Each distinct, the rooms are painted in soft, relaxing tones with the minimum of decoration. Guests may choose between those that look onto the garden or those with a view of the sea.
WHAT TO SEE AND DO
Enjoy the traditional cider and chestnut celebration known as the magüestu in autumn. Twice a year, a massage course with unforgettable results. Organised trips around Asturias in microbus, led by our guide. Visits to the Asturian Pre-Romanesque monuments, the beaches in the borough, the Jurassic footprints, the cider museum and El Gaitero cider factory are all a must. Villaviciosa Estuary, the fishing village of Tazones...
